How long does it take for the goods to be delivered after payment?

2-3 working days for Jakarta & Tangerang area and 3-4 days from Depok, Bogor & Bekasi.
What is the minimum purchase to get free shipping?

Minimum purchase IDR 3,500,000 free shipping Jakarta & Tangerang. Outside Jkt & Tangerang, shipping is borne by the buyer according to the agreement.
What if the equipment that has been purchased is damaged?

For large equipment (cardio & multi-gym) free service for 1 year. If there are problems after 1 year, please contact us so we can schedule a check no later than 3x24 hours for the Jakarta & Tangerang area. Outside Jakarta-Tangerang, transportation and checking fees are charged.
I have a product with the same brand as Cypress Indonesia, but I bought it elsewhere, and it was damaged, does the warranty apply?"

Yes, only specifically for products with brand precor. Outside of precor, please contact the seller where you bought it.
I have a product with a brand other than Cypress Indonesia selling, and it is damaged, can Cypress Indonesia help with service?"

Yes, you can, but you will be charged a checking fee, excluding replacement of spare parts.
