Minimum purchase IDR 3,500,000 free shipping Jakarta & Tangerang. Outside Jkt & Tangerang, shipping is borne by the buyer according to the agreement.

For large equipment (cardio & multi-gym) free service for 1 year. If there are problems after 1 year, please contact us so we can schedule a check no later than 3x24 hours for the Jakarta & Tangerang area. Outside Jakarta-Tangerang, transportation and checking fees are charged.

Yes, only specifically for products with brand precor. Outside of precor, please contact the seller where you bought it.

Yes, you can, but you will be charged a checking fee, excluding replacement of spare parts.
